They provided a broad and competitive packaged policy designed specifically for Care and Nursing Homes for the elderly incorporating many standard features and covers in one easy to manage policy.

Cover includes:

• Medicines and drugs £2,000.
• Automatic cover for up to £10,000 Computer Equipment - additional cover available on request

Extensions include automatic seasonal increase 25%, exhibitions £2,500, theft of keys, £1,000, theft of garden implements and furniture £1,500. Options available to include Residents effects and Household covers, Business Interruption Including Unspecified suppliers, Public Utilities (full failure). Book debts, Notifiable Disease (Premises), Poisoning, Defective Drains and Murder or Suicide, Denial of access, Transit and Alternative accommodation.

• Public Liability £5m any one occurrence
• Product Liability £5m any one period of insurance
• Nursing malpractice £5m any one occurrence
• Personal Liability cover for residents and staff £1m per occurrence
